See your ticket

Reference, passengers, seats, boarding point, departure time and vehicle. A copy stays on your phone, and you can print it.

Cancel a booking

See the refund first, then confirm. Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number that paid, and you can follow their progress.

Rate your trip

After you travel, rate the Bus Company and help the next passenger choose.

Report a problem

About a booking, a payment or the journey itself, and follow the reply.

Your booking is only shown to you: looking one up needs your sign-in or the mobile number it was booked with — a booking reference alone is never enough.
