Sign in, choose a licensed Bus Company, add the receiver and confirm what's inside against the list of items that can't be carried. You can declare its value.
Drop it at the office
Pay in cash at the Bus Company's drop-off office, where the parcel is weighed.
The receiver collects
At the destination office, with their collection code and ID. Lost the code? Ask for a new one in the app.
Only Bus Companies whose courier licence Masafa has verified can carry parcels. Delivery is office to office.

Can I send a parcel?
Yes, office to office, with Bus Companies licensed to carry parcels. Get a price without signing in, book in the app, then pay in cash at the drop-off office, where the parcel is weighed. The receiver collects with a collection code and their ID.
Anyone can track a parcel with its waybill number and the last three digits of the receiver's phone number.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each Bus Company sets its own free allowance, and you see it on the results before you book. Anything over the allowance is paid at check-in; the price of your booking does not change.
